"I know you'd never be in a position actually to execute foreign policy, but each time you offer a view, you are always wrong," attack President Obama who is fighting for his political future on the debate that took place in Florida, one of the section with a floating mass (swing-state).
Obama, who performed brilliantly evening U.S. time and continues to confront Romney views on its approach to Syria, Iran and the crisis of trade with China, accusing Romney "licked her tongue" to discard previous political position of conservative ultra-conservative (hawkish).
Romney often divert the topic of debate foreign policy to domestic economic issues, even to talk about job opportunities, but substantially less than Obama's emphasis on national security.
Republican candidates for months to attack Obama as weak is actually seen to support the substance of President Obama's global strategy. And this is actually more of voters who have not made their choice, the more confused about it, when voting takes place on November 6.
He supports Obama's decision to withdraw troops from Afghanistan in 2014, supporting Obama's efforts in the fight against terror suspects and congratulate the President upon the successful hunt for Osama bin Laden. He seemed to be trying to change her image to be moderate.
But he continues to update his accusation that Obama's articulation of international issues is wrong, again highlighting the frequent Obama apologists touring abroad and call it a big liar.
Romney aged 65 and a multimillionaire businessman trying not to create an image that could make it look as supreme commander of U.S. forces are weak and do not make mistakes does not mean small.
Meanwhile, while CBS News poll found the fact that Obama won the debate last with 53 percent against 23 percent. Obama has shown again his passion that had lost the first debate last.
CNN poll also shows Obama beating Romney by 48 percent against 40 percent.
But foreign affairs seems to be a major concern of voters expected to be taken up as public attention on economic issues. It took a few days longer if this debate affects the actual poll.
Dotty Lynch, professor of Public Communication at American University said that by agreeing to Obama when it comes to foreign policy, it is Romney trying to maneuver on a more profitable basis.
"By agreeing a number of issues on foreign policy, Romney has played it safe tonight, and try to divert the conversation to the problems he sees a stronger economy," he said as quoted by AFP.
